DELIVERY TERMS

All delivery charges are subject to change.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.
Redelivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address will incur an additional delivery payment (at the customer’s expense).

DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

Standard flat rate delivery within Singapore costs $3.00. Spend $100 and above and receive FREE DELIVERY.
Please allow 2 working days for order processing.
All orders are delivered via courier service and once the shipment confirmation has been sent, package will arrive at your doorstep in 3 to 7 business days.
* Kindly note that slight delay may occur during during public holidays and/or heavy sale period

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently only deliver to Brunei, Malaysia and Australia.
Standard flat rate for international shipping to Malaysia costs $10.00(SGD) , Brunei costs $15.00(SGD) and Australia costs $30.00(SGD).
All international orders are delivered via our preferred courier.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for the package to be shipped and delivered to you.
